“Air One has been servicing my original furnace for several years so when it was time to replace it and the air conditioner we called them. I choose the Daken high efficiency . Our equalized monthly consumers bill is being readjusted from $212 per month to $153. We keep our home at 75 degrees year round . We stay here in winter and also purchased an Autumn Glo fireplace from them as well. It is beautiful to see and remotely controlled as well . All workmanship is top notch. This is one very satisfied customer!
July of 2026 I needed to replace my water heater and Air One is my first choice for quality and service. They promptly installed a new water heater and instructed me on the controls before leaving. No mess, disposed old heater, quality installation.“

“Called the company to inquire about the pricing for a visit and diagnosis of my a/c unit. The woman that answered the phone was very professional. Shortly after, I received a call from Neil, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He offered to come out same day, which was amazing. My original call went out at 6:45 pm. The callback came at 6:55 pm. Neil showed up at 9:30pm and by 10pm my a/c unit was working again. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and discovered that my thermostat had been wired incorrectly. In the end he gave me an amazing deal on the price. I could not be more pleased and I am extremely grateful. I HIGHLY recommend his services and his company. I will be calling them again in the future and recommending to friends and family.“

I was told the the next day I should have a service. In the early afternoon I was called and told the the repair man had a call that took longer and that the next morning I would be my time. “It was a great experience working with the Stocks. Our old geo thermal unit went out on us in the middle of winter. They went out of their way to make it over that day. You can feel from first meeting they are good honest people which when u call a new hvac repair company over on short notice is a breath of fresh air. “We had 5 star service and pricing when we had issues with our boiler, but 3 star service and pricing for plumbing. We were left scratching our heads as to why the face plate on our shower handle just dangled in space leaving a large gap behind it. Our shower was unusable. Then I realized he put the handle sleeve/stem on backwards. A quick fix once I realized the plumber's mistake, but why did I have to find and fix the mistake? I probably should have replaced the valve myself (I have before, I just did not think that I had the time to do it).“
