I had to have a 1951 basement toilet and flange replaced. The technician was great, pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and left his work area spotless. I’ve had a quality experience with Birmingham Plumbing Heating & Cooling each of the 3 times I’ve used them in the past 7 years.
Office staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful. Technicians are on time, well trained and explain issues and next steps in easy to understand terms. I would never call anyone else.

Response time of 1 hour for a plumber when consumers found a gas leak and had to shut off my gas. Astoundingly fantastic
Update: I’ve continued to use these guys for hvac and they continue to do excellent work. Their response time when my furnace stopped running was a few hours. Family owned, honest, quality work.
had Nick out when a back up problem returned 2 months after a different company snaked my drain. Ncik explained why my problem returned and offered me a quote to fix the pipe problem without any sales pressure. Snaked for now, got things running.
