“I had 2 issues this year. One was the back flow valve testing mandated by City of Rochester and the other was a back leak in the basement plumbing. Jennifer and Becky at the front desk were simply absolutely awesome and took care of the scheduling with panache. They also logged on to the wen site and got me confirmation that I had been registered on the city web site as tested although I was getting those annoying warning mail letters about completing the back flow testing. Jay came out this morning and fixed the leak in the basement plumbing. He too was friendly professional and awesome. Their customer service is excellent- their punctuality is great and prices are awesome. Could not be happier.”
