When I called, the lady at dispatch (sorry I forgot her name) was very pleasant and quick to get a technician out. She told me who she was sending and how soon he could be at my house to help. Austin made it to my house in about an hour and was well prepared. He not only was able to advise me with his extended experience, but was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show what he was doing/seeing on the job and made me feel more comfortable with the whole experience. Though it was a longer process to fix the issue, he stayed professional and worked hard. At the end he was able to recap what he found and what to expect/how to take care of the situation down the road. I was pretty down about the issue before he came, but felt relieved and well informed when he left.
