Optimum handled a new roof, siding and gutters on my long neglected home built in 1905. It was a big job. Joe was great about communicating what to expect. He kept me aware of any delays, which were minimal. He presented me with all my options for shingles and siding colors, including additional siding samples when the one I had in mind wasn’t available in the initial options. He was easy to reach any time I had additional questions. All of the subcontractors were prompt, professional and courteous. I’m very happy with the results.
They did a great job of installing a wheelchair ramp. I highly recommend Optimum Contracting Solutions. They were professional hard working individuals and pleasant to converse with. You won’t be disappointed.
Optimum contracting is so thorough with all of their projects, they work fast and the job they do is phenomenal. One hundred percent would recommend optimum contracting to anyone looking for an amazing contractor!!!
