Gregg did an excellent job installing sump pump and backup sump pump today. Very knowable technician, answered all of our questions as well as educated us on the new pumps installed. Very professional, so glad I selected this company over Lennox?.

Amazing Technician. Let me explain, my wife and just completed a high end kitchen with complicated fixtures, we still have our floors covered- When Martin showed up, on time, he proceeded to put shoe covers on- I told him he doesn’t have to- he was very careful with my new cabinets when hooking up- dishwasher, sink, disposal, water softener, pot filler and gas stove top- he was very technical and care every step of the way- at completion- he cleaned everything- boxed- all debris- and took with himHe reviewed everything he did and showed me how to operate- AWESOME COMPANY!!!Thank you Plumbing Techs of Michigan!!!

Crews arrived as scheduled. Went straight to work, made knowledge based recommendations and suggestions to keep cost down. Multi day job and they told me they will be back first thing tomorrow to finish. I will followup post upon completion, but everything going smooth so far!Finished up today everything turned out great very clean install.Would recommend!
