After Consumers Energy turned off the my gas to replace an old gas meter, they could not restore service back to my water heater because they were not able to light the pilot. After 2 days without hot water, I called Plumbing Techs. Scott from Plumbing Techs came out and was able to light the pilot within 10 minutes. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely do more business with Plumbing Techs of Michigan.
