“Dr. Green and his staff were absolute magicians! I strained my hamstring on Wednesday night, last week making a SportCenter worthy catch behind second base and could barely walk with tons of pain. I reached out to Dr. Green and he told me that this was right in his wheelhouse and boy was he right! A little electrotherapy, some acupuncture, and a bit of a tape job, and I was walking pain free in a day, contributed to my adult baseball team's win Tuesday night (cuz for some reason, I think I can still do it at 35+), and just got off the court this morning (Friday) having mopped the court with my opponent, 10-2. Thank you to Dr. Green and his staff and I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen to me.“

“Originally went to Providence for what I thought was still there (urgent care) to find out it closed in August! However a nice security guard informed me there was a clinic on the 3rd floor! I came at 9am on a Wednesday and was out by 9:35am with all the prescriptions I needed. The office was very clean as well and not busy. The front desk staff and doctor were both very welcoming and nice. The front desk answered all my questions about their services they provided and the doctor explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back when and if needed. Thank you again for providing quick and efficient care.“

“I had an urgent need to visit this medical practice this past Thursday, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Samir, the receptionist, was absolutely fantastic when I checked in. He was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. I had spoken to him over the phone the day before, and he was equally helpful then.Upon arriving, Samir informed me that there were no available appointments, and I would have to walk in. I was a bit apprehensive about the wait time, but to my surprise, I waited no more than 20 minutes. This level of efficiency was a pleasant surprise.Mary W, the radiology technician, took X-rays of my injured finger, which I suspected was either sprained or broken and she made the process as comfortable as possible.Shortly after, I had the pleasure of meeting Allison, the doctor. She arrived promptly, reviewed the X-rays with me, and explained the situation thoroughly. Her demeanor was not only professional but also incredibly pleasant. She showed a great deal of empathy, which is exactly what you need when you're injured and uncertain about your condition.In summary, I can't praise this Orthopedic office enough. The entire team, from Samir to Mary W and Allison, provided exceptional care and service. If you find yourself in need of orthopedic care, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their patients receive top-notch care and support.“

“Dr. Feldman has been my physician for more than 20 years and I highly recommend her. She provides the best care as she is very intelligent, highly professional and thorough. She really takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions you might have and it never feels rushed. She follows up immediately with lab results and explains them to you. Furthermore she is always up to date with latest research and medical innovations especially in endocrinology. The administrative staff are helpful, courteous, and friendly in all regards. Impressive, efficient system and labs are easy and right there.“

“I stopped by here on my lunch break on a Tuesday afternoon for a bad cut. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving even though the medical professional was already with someone. The place was clean, the woman who helped me was super friendly. This clinic does not do stitches, but she assessed the wound for me anyway and re-bandaged it. Would definitely use this place again (but hopefully won't have to).“

“I visited this Righttime today 1 April 2020 around 1pm. I did not have an appointment. I was having a massive migraine and had taken meds and it did not work. I arrived at the righttime clinic and found the receptionist serving some two ladies. Upon seeing me she said "go and wait outside" . Anyone who has visited this righttime know they have lots of sitting places that can allow social distance. Anyway, I stepped out - it was cold outside and freezing.The two ladies left and i went inside and the receptionist took my details. I sat down and she called me - she had such a negative attitude towards me. I just brushed it off cos i was in so much pain all i need was to see a doctor so i could be helped to calm the migraine.I was ushered in to a room and a nurse came in to assist me. she was so pleasant. The doctor was the best and very understanding. She helped me out and asked me to wait for a prescription for just in case i experience a migraine later.I stayed in the room for a round 10 minutes then went to the reception - whatever the doctor gave me was working wonders - i felt like a totally new person. When i got to the reception, I found the same lady and told her i was waiting for my prescription. While seated a family of 4 or 5 came in. The lady was very pleasant to them. Took their details and asked the to sit down. They came and sat on the side i was sitting. At this point i was like - wait a minute. How come i got told to go and wait outside in the cold when the reception area was actually empty - there were only two ladies being served at the counter.I am not a native of this country - so the first thing that came to mind - wow! i just experienced my first discrimination. Anyway, the doctor brought me my prescription and i went and asked the lady at the reception why she treated me the way she did. Her answer was "you did not have an appointment the family that came in have one" .If the clinic was full of people, of course i would have understood why i was being asked to wait outside in the cold but it was empty. Is this how Righttime treats their potential patients? Yes we are in a pandemic but your office allows walk ins. I have been to this right-time i think this was my 4th time (twice last year and twice this year), i have never been treated this way. The four star rating is actually because of the nurse and the doctor. If it were not for them i would have rated 1.Andia“

“My10 tears old was really comfortable to be treated , it was ours first time coming here she’s was nervous at first but the nurse was so gentle with her the doctor was nice!!!“

“Ive been to Dr Hameed for years. I have never had one bad experience. Most of what I read in negative comments are from people fussing about having to pay their bill, or being told to leave when they are coughing during COVID. Some things like burns require a hospital, thats not Dr Hamid fault. I and my spouse have seen Dr Hamid at least 12 times, and we always get the care we need. We go to GW for more evasive things. But, you gotta pay your bill, its not free. Also, its not their place to figure out your insurance, all they can do is put it in and if it pays great, if it doesn't go thru you pay. This is their vocation not advocation, so getting mad when they do not treat you if you aren't willing to pay is silly.“

“If you need immediate care, this is your place! I visited AllCare to address an issue noticed the day prior. They had PLENTY of next day appointments at locations across the DMV. The website has bios of the providers when you choose to schedule so you choose who you see. I found this to be a super cool feature and scheduled with Dr. Lawson who was AWESOME. She was so attentive and thorough. I didn't feel rushed or minimized. She is an active listener and as a result she was able to make recommendations that hopefully brings me closer to finding out what's going on with me. She noticed I lived not close to their location, and I told her I am not opposed to traveling to get good service -- and I will continue to make the hike to be a patient of Dr. Lawson's! She was that good...and genuine. This location also had Labcorp onsite, so I was able to get lab work done -- very convenient. The fact that AllCare offers same day appointments with the tools available to offer full service (note: they even have EKG ability onsite!) will eliminate my ever going to urgent care (a mistake I made the day prior just for them to tell me I should go to an ER given their lack of capabilities). No more waiting weeks to get an appointment also if you have a concern that's concerning but not quite urgent. If I could give AllCare 100 stars -- I would. Kudos.“

“My experience with urgent care at the Capitol Hill Medical Center, coming in with a pressing eye issue on a holiday weekend, was excellent. The doctor (Dr. Yonathan Habtemariam) and staff (Danielle and others) put me at total ease and demonstrated care and expertise in solving my problem. An amazing team! I went in around 6:30AM Saturday morning and emerged a little over two hours later. This seems like an exceptionally busy place so set your expectations accordingly. You could also call KP's nurse hotline for recommendations and to check on wait times at dift area urgent care centers. Given the intense client load here, my sense is that KP could invest more resources in this particular center. But again, kudos and my gratitude to the top-notch, dedicated healthcare team working in urgent care here.“

“I had expected to wait a long time, both to register and be seen. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was taken back to register. After registering, my wait time was 5 minutes, which was great. Jennie was the nurse who helped me. She was very nice. I have no idea the length of time that I sat in my room waiting for the doctor, but it wasn't long. Right as I hopped off the table to check my phone, Dr. came in. He was thoughtful and efficient. Total time in and out was 30 minutes. If I ever need Urgent Care again, I'll return and hope the visit lives up to these newly set expectations.“

“Great experience, my son had a fractured wrist and the team diagnosed it quickly on the X-ray and provided a brace and recommendations for orthopedic follow up.“

“I've had two too-notch urgent care visits to this clinic, which I went to first when I couldn't get into my regular urgent care place on a Sunday. I had to do all the new patient paperwork of course, but I didn't have a long wait, the front staff was honestly great and I saw an actual doctor. I chose to go there again the next time I got sick and it was the same: The care was responsive and kind, my conditions were appropriately treated with the right antibiotics, and sent quickly to the right pharmacy. I'm sorry some other patients haven't had this experience but I was impressed and will keep going back.“
