They will say they don’t take your insurance and site “billing issues” with your insurance carrier. Mine is UMR/United Healthcare. They say they can’t accept my insurance and demanded cash payment. Arlington County should take away their business license. This is straight up money, extortion. I would stay away from this place. At all costs.Good luck!

I had expected to wait a long time, both to register and be seen. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was taken back to register. After registering, my wait time was 5 minutes, which was great. Jennie was the nurse who helped me. She was very nice. I have no idea the length of time that I sat in my room waiting for the doctor, but it wasn't long. Right as I hopped off the table to check my phone, Dr. came in. He was thoughtful and efficient. Total time in and out was 30 minutes. If I ever need Urgent Care again, I'll return and hope the visit lives up to these newly set expectations.

awful experience... cut my left hand and stopped in for treatment... after cleaning the wound the 'doctor' wanted to cut the skin off... the 'doctor' was not at all confident in what he was doing and after briefly questioning the procedure, I decided to go to the ER and get it stitched up properly... never again... i've requested a refund of the $35 fee...
