I had an urgent need to visit this medical practice this past Thursday, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Samir, the receptionist, was absolutely fantastic when I checked in. He was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. I had spoken to him over the phone the day before, and he was equally helpful then.Upon arriving, Samir informed me that there were no available appointments, and I would have to walk in. I was a bit apprehensive about the wait time, but to my surprise, I waited no more than 20 minutes. After I sprained my ankle, they took really good care of me. Their attentive and friendly staff clearly explained my injury and my path to recovery. The whole process was quick and easy as I scheduled an appointment the same day I was seen. I still needed to wait about a half an hour to be seen, but I don't think this is a negative reflection on their operation. It is just the reality urgent care and accepting walk ins. Considering the quality of care I received, I would consider it a small price to pay. Although I hope I never need their services again, if I do suffer another injury this is where I will go first.

Just had an awesome experience here! Not a fan of medical office visits because how difficult it is to manage both appointments and insurance. This place made both so easy. All employees that k interacted with were incredible friendly and I felt comfortable with the entire visit and quick procedure. Would recommend this place to anyone.
