awful experience... cut my left hand and stopped in for treatment... after cleaning the wound the 'doctor' wanted to cut the skin off... the 'doctor' was not at all confident in what he was doing and after briefly questioning the procedure, I decided to go to the ER and get it stitched up properly... never again... i've requested a refund of the $35 fee...

Whoever answered the phone at the front desk asked what my insurance was and straight away said "we don't accept that goodbye" without acknowledging the fact that, like on the website, payment can be made via multiple card options. He hung up after I asked if I could use my card because I need a COVID test. Bad service.

The front desk staff is professional, I was seen quickly, and the doctor worked with my travel plans to make sure that I got imaging done quickly at a nearby hospital. However, based on the advice of my GP and specialist he needlessly prescribed antibiotics for a condition that did not need them since the imaging came back completely clean (though he did not tell me this was the case). I am still feeling the negative effects of the strong antibiotics he prescribed months later. So, if you want quick imaging or a small issue to be handled, this is your place. But, I'd recommend getting a second opinion as well.
