Medics USA - Primary and Walk-In Care

I've had two too-notch urgent care visits to this clinic, which I went to first when I couldn't get into my regular urgent care place on a Sunday. I had to do all the new patient paperwork of course, but I didn't have a long wait, the front staff was honestly great and I saw an actual doctor. I chose to go there again the next time I got sick and it was the same: The care was responsive and kind, my conditions were appropriately treated with the right antibiotics, and sent quickly to the right pharmacy. I'm sorry some other patients haven't had this experience but I was impressed and will keep going back.

Everyone here is very friendly and very professional. There may be a bit of a wait depending on the time you go, since there are a limited number of rooms. But this is usually the case in many medical facilities. I had a positive experience here. Shout of to the receptionist for being very inviting with ALL patients who walked through the front door.

Now I remember why I haven't been here since 2019...I did a walk-in because my ear was clogged...I arrived 11:15ish, there were a couple of people in front of me but I didn't mind because I figured they may have already had an appt...Waiting, waiting, and waiting as more people filled the waiting area, until finally at 1:00, it was announced their systems were down and for all of the walk-ins, it will be a 2-3 hour wait..Luckily, I work up the street...I went back at 3 and the young lady told me they called my name as soon as I left...They were going to call me but their phones were down as well...After waiting for 10 mins to get called to the back, to get weighed and...read full review
