Good for immediate and routine visits, providers are attentive and also helpful with referrals. However, the customer service number has been a challenge. I had an appointment rescheduled with no notice to me to a different time, provider AND location. Correcting this seemed like a major inconvenience. I then received an email that my patient portal had been deleted. When I called to check on it a different representative seemed to be having a bad day and was exasperated that it wasn’t obvious to me it was due to correcting my email on file (which hadn’t been mentioned to me and wasn’t anywhere in the notification, it’s part of the log in so the correct email...read full review
Many thanks to Tawana the medical assistant and nurse practitioner Sonya! They were both great and got me in quickly. Sonya was caring and sent my medications the same day. I was trying to be seen this past Friday and was told the Doctor Webber that day refused to see me. Depends on walk in availability.
My PCP left the practice and AllCare did not communicate this with me. They also could not tell me what practice he left them for. The receptionists that I spoke to were not professional and the audio quality was always horrid.
