I would have put a good review if they were not late on my results and they claim to only cover one reason for your visit instead of just handling all medical concerns they are making fw look unprofessional and I was born here along with my children fw is my favorite hospital I refuse to go elsewhere hopefully they become more content
Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Been connected with them for years but seen a DRASTIC decline in service and compassion since they've moved to Rhode Island Avenue. Scheduled an appointment with a receptionist back in December, her being in such a hurry and seeming so irritated she informed me that I already had a scheduled an appointment when in reality she was looking at my past appointments. Do yourself a favor and go to another location
