I came as a walk in. The wait was appropriate given test results had to be ready before a diagnosis could be confirmed. Everyone from front desk to provider was pleasant and professional. I appreciate the fact that their services were available on a Saturday morning.

MedStar Health Urgent Care at Potomac is convenient and exceptional to use, whether you have a medical emergency or a battery of tests to run to prepare for surgery (pre-op). I needed to have blood work, an EKG, and a medical history review for a required surgery. I scheduled my appointment online and was taken to see the nurses and a doctor shortly after I arrived at the Urgent Care facility.
