MedStar Health Urgent Care at Potomac is convenient and exceptional to use, whether you have a medical emergency or a battery of tests to run to prepare for surgery (pre-op). I needed to have blood work, an EKG, and a medical history review for a required surgery. I scheduled my appointment online and was taken to see the nurses and a doctor shortly after I arrived at the Urgent Care facility. I received immediate feedback on everything but the bloodwork, which was ready within 2 days. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. We had a quick visit to the urgent care for our daughter who had a fever. The wait time was short, the staff were kind and attentive, and we received the results relatively quickly. Overall, we were very happy with the care and service. This will definitely be our go-to urgent care if needed in future.
doctor Tana harrison was excellent, nurses and staff very caring and efficient. Returning patient. ..but should have list of what they do and can't do.ie: controlled medicines, x rays, etc
