This is the best Kaiser experience I’ve ever had. Sean upfront help me at first. She took very good care of me. Then the nurses took me back and treated me like an angel. I never felt so cared for Dr. P helped me. She listened and took the extra minute, just to make sure she heard everything and if there’s anything else in my mind, I need to ask for which there was. Dolores is so delightful. They don’t deserve her. She helped me get the right medication. Asya helped me get the right medication she was so patient

I dont usually write reviews but noticed this place had a lot of bad reviews and it didn't match my experience.

I was in and out of urgent care within an hour on Tuesday morning and had a really good experience with every doctor, nurse and other member of staff I interacted with. They addressed my concerns quickly and kindly.

I had been put off slightly by the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

I showed up as an out of network patient who was in need of immediate care. This urgent care has a policy that they cannot xray unless you are in network which is understandable. The doctor was very kind to bandage me up, gave me a splint, and recommended a nearby ER.
