I dont usually write reviews but noticed this place had a lot of bad reviews and it didn't match my experience.
I was in and out of urgent care within an hour on Tuesday morning and had a really good experience with every doctor, nurse and other member of staff I interacted with. They addressed my concerns quickly and kindly.
I had been put off slightly by the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised.
I showed up as an out of network patient who was in need of immediate care. This urgent care has a policy that they cannot xray unless you are in network which is understandable. The doctor was very kind to bandage me up, gave me a splint, and recommended a nearby ER.
I've been here 3-4 times. Look, nobody wants to be at the urgent care center. But they are good at triaging here, have always been urgently seen when I needed to be, and it only costs $20 per visit as a Kaiser member. Can't complain, much nicer to go here than an ER or something similar.
