My visit today was a really good experience .I meet with a PA ( I think ) and she could not answer my questions but then she contacted an ER doctor and we had a virtual visit. He was able to answer my question and address my situation.This PA made it happen and practiced wonderful medical care .I need to find out her name .She should be promoted .Thank youAngela Scott
This was my first time here at MedStar Urgent Care. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The customer service is amazing. The nursing staff was amazing and so was the X-ray technician. The doctor was amazing and explained everything that was going on. I truly recommend going to this urgent care.
I needed medical attention after a hard fall while walking along the Mall. Found Med Star near my Airbnb. After a wait of about an hour I was seen by a nice doctor who was thorough and compassionate. The rest of the staff was friendly, caring and very competent.A good experience under the circumstances.
