“MedStar Health Urgent Care at Potomac is convenient and exceptional to use, whether you have a medical emergency or a battery of tests to run to prepare for surgery (pre-op). I needed to have blood work, an EKG, and a medical history review for a required surgery. I scheduled my appointment online and was taken to see the nurses and a doctor shortly after I arrived at the Urgent Care facility. I received immediate feedback on everything but the bloodwork, which was ready within 2 days. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. It turns out that one of my tests had an irregular result, and the doctor on staff took extra time to consult with me and contacted another MedStar medical specialist (doctor) to see if further medical attention was required. This turned out to be the easiest way to complete the tests and medical history required pre-operation to clear me for my surgery. Also, since my regular internist (who didn't have room in her schedule to see me) is also in the MedStar network, my medical records that are available to MedStar Urgent Care will also be updated at my doctor's office automatically. I recommend using MedStar Urgent Care at Potomac because the care is professional and the experience is not stressful.“

“Dr. Josephine Osire is one of the most amazing providers i have ever seen. Her level of care is not only outstanding professionally but also personally. She takes the time to not only listen to you but to also follow up on how you are doing in general. She isn't like other doctors who just rule everything as quit drinking, smoking and lose weight. She doesn't just make you settle for what she suggest is wrong but will refer you to whoever you need to rest assure you are satisfied with any diagnosis she deems. For example I have what i call a small hunch back and instead of just ruling it as access fat (which is was) she referred me to other doctors to have x-rays, sonograms etc so i was comfortable and rest assure what is was from. As a hypochondriac she is extremely patient with all my concerns and goes the extra mile every time to make sure I feel good, healthy and confident in her care. When I say me, my sister, her spouse, friends, previous spouses and others we know see her i am telling you we are all over and beyond satisfied.
