“B&R replaced the 38-year-old siding on my house, which was long overdue for some maintenance. Over the past five years, I had already replaced the gutters and roof, so I was finally ready to move on to the siding. They were the third company I contacted for a quote.

The first company gave me an outrageously high estimate for an overly elaborate product that was far more than I needed. The second company provided a reasonable quote, but only if I signed the contract that same day. That kind of pressure always gives me the ick, so I moved on.

I decided to contact B&R after reading great reviews on Nextdoor. There was a little confusion initially about connecting me with the right person, but once I got in touch with Erick, one of the brothers in this family business, everything was smooth sailing.

After receiving the initial quote and doing some additional research, I sent Erick a list of follow-up questions. I was very impressed that he personally came back to clarify everything. As we got closer to the estimated installation date, I reached out again to confirm the schedule, and the crew arrived exactly as promised and completed the work on time.

To replace the siding, they had to remove exterior light fixtures and disassemble my side deck, and everything was put back together before they left. I did point out that the front light fixture had not been reconnected correctly at first, and Erick made sure it was fixed before the crew departed.

I contacted fifteen (15) different construction and handyman companies. I sent a detailed task list to request a site visit and an estimate. Only five (5) companies used the task list to participate in a site visit. Only four (4) companies provided an estimate. Only M & C Global Construction company visited my home as a team of two, one of which was a plumber.

Every company that visited my home used their expertise to make great suggestions and provide solutions. Every company focused on the master bathroom remodel as their priority instead of my priority, the laundry room relocation. Only M & C Global Construction listened to and focused on my priorities.

“Ken from the Gutter Guys came to my home to give an estimate for some gutter work. He was right on time and identified himself. Ken was very cordial and patiently listened to the explanation about the over washing gutter issues. He made several recommendations for approaches to alleviate the water issues. His suggestions were to have the contractor who originally installed the gutter guards to remove them and install an additional downspout. His suggestions are correct. We are contacting Miss Utility to start the repairs' process. Highly recommend Ken as a craftsman who is honest in his appraisals.“
