After receiving numerous very high priced quotes, it was refreshing to have a company tell me the exact problem and the ideal solutions to it. They were not interested in selling a bunch of unnecessary products. There was no pressure on making a decision. The work crew was extremely professional and respectful. They left our basement and property exactly how they found it.

The slate roof of our historic 1925 home in Cumberland, MD was in need of some TLC, due to deferred maintenance by the former owner and shoddy repairs over the years. Durable Slate was amazing, from start to finish! On contact, they promptly sent out an Estimator, who assessed the issues and provided a reasonable quote for repairs, inc. slate tiles and copper flashing. Work was performed by Master Craftsmen, with care and precision. A final Quality Inspection occurred to ensure all work was to high standards. I had such a great experience with Desiree. Our photo shoot was so relaxing, and I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I didn’t have to think about how to pose, because she knew exactly how to pose me. There was a area for my son to play, and she was really patient with him too. Other reviews will say they were unhappy with the time is took to get a email response, but I was never bothered by any gap of communication because when I got an email it was very thorough, and they were really professional. I’m so excited to get our photos back, but from what we saw in our gallery, I’m definitely recommending them to others.
