“Hello, On Monday, October 7, 2024 I had service done on my HVAC system by Chris. I thought the service was going to cost two arms and two legs BUT I was not charged anything because one of the hoses was clogged and Chris flushed it and checked the airflow output free of charge! He also checked the compressor to make sure it was running properly, suggesting I take a garden hose and wash off the extra dirt and dust on the compressor. I was also having problems with leaking under my kitchen sink whenever I used my dishwasher and my garbage disposal was not working. Chris replaced the garbage disposal and the pipe that was leaking when I ran my dishwasher. It was $866 BUT I was imaging thousands because the HVAC was leaking! I definitely will recommend Bruce Solomon Plumbing to family and friends. Thank you!!!“

“The worse time to call a plumber is on a Sunday night because then you know it is because of an emergency. I called two different plumbers that advertised they are open 24 hours but not True!! When I called two different companies…I was told that a plumber would be available the next day. Nope if someone is calling on a Sunday night it means a plumber is needed today. Like right now!!! I guess the saying is true “the 3rd time is the charm” but Caton’s had a plumber available. Henry showed up and dealt with the first issue which was turning off the water (the shut off valve did not include a knob). Then fixed that pin hole leak that caused so much issues (ceiling collapsed). Thanks so much for being available on a Sunday night (after 10:30pm). 5 stars for the company and for Henry! Photos show the shut off valve with missing knob and busted pipe w ceiling damage“

Mr. Paul was very friendly and helpful. He drove 45 minutes just to work on my leaking pipe. He came out, looked at a pipe leaking issue I had. He explained what needed to be repaired, what sort of pipe I was dealing with.... in the end he repaired it.
