Chal did an excellent job of clearing out our sewer line, a full 100 feet, which had backed up due to small roots growing throughout the line. Very thorough and efficient. Feels overpriced, but it was necessary work and we're happy we got it done.
Exceptional service from Roto-Rooter and plumber Twan! I placed the call and had Twan onsite in less than two hours. He resolved all three issues in about two hours, replaced a leaking bathroom faucet, unclogged the kitchen sink, and replaced a leaking outdoor spigot.
Twan was a breath of fresh air, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. My only feedback is that Roto-Rooter is a little pricey, but the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them, especially Twan!
