We have been extremely pleased with every aspect of Super Tech's service, from first contact to our first maintenance. We are much more comfortable this winter with the new heat pumps than last winter with our old oil furnace . We've noticed the heat pumps are much cleaner too.
My heat wouldn’t come up to desired temperature.I had just had routine maintenance on furnace (from another company) few days before and they confirmed everything was fine. Terran, from SuperTech was very professional and able to identify the problem quickly. The burners were not all igniting all the time. He had to order part and he returned and repaired in less the hour. He stated that checking burners is part of routine maintenance. I did buy membership so SuperTech can continue routine maintenance. I’m very happy with service.
Very timely and knowledgeable. Josh provided great communication, helpful tips, and even tried to start with small fixes to see if they would do the trick. Furnace was leaking when I would run the heat. Three months later and still no issues with my furnace.
