Very professional, personable and knew what they were doing. #would call again. They replaced a shut off valve on our radiator on a126 year old house and there were no extra charges from what they originally quoted me. Off you know old houses nothing goes right but these guys nailed it!
Called Farnen & Dermer yesterday about a problem getting a filter out, it was catching up on something. James came this morning, took the entire thing apart, found the problem and solved it quickly.
