TLDR: The prices might be a little high, but the service was so utterly fantastic that I simply couldn't care. This was an emergency, and they came and took care of it, as well as getting the water remediation aftermath done with the least stress they could for me--especially making it easy with insurance. Would use again.
I had a mainline back up in the house due to some kind of clog, and Catons was able to get out there extremely fast and deal with it. When it turns out that water with sewage had gotten into the base of wall and carpet, they had excellent in house guys come over and then make water damage remediation easy as they could, too!
