Aaron came out to install a new hot water heater today that Danni had ordered for me. He was professional, neat, and an incredibly nice guy. Explained the new system to me and answered all my questions. Made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before he left. Great service!

We had a major plumbing back up in the middle of the night. The Donovan team was super responsive and had a technician out to us within an hour of us calling. I must have called fifteen numbers before reaching them (thanks to my realtor for the recommendation). I can’t help but joke “call fifteen dudes and the women show up!” Ron, our technician was efficient, kind and made sure we understood everything in detail. We are definitely saving this contact and will be using Donovan Waterworks for any future plumbing needs.Services: Toilet repair
