I’ve been going to Grace for two years now, and every visit has been a great experience. She’s fast, patient, and really knows how to work with tender-headed clients like me. Her suite is always clean, peaceful, and private. It’s never loud or chaotic, which I love. She offers water, has strong Wi-Fi, and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. Her prices are fair, and she’s flexible with scheduling, which has been so helpful. Grace is truly a blessing. I’m so grateful I found her.

Nice, hidden massage spot located near Stevenson square. The spa itself is nice. There is a zen den with fruit water and tea options. The massage that I had was good and included hot stones and hot towels. The gift shop near the entrance had some cute dresses.
Polina is truly a skin artist. I came out super refreshed, skin feeling tightened and rejuvenated. She uses high quality products, very effective devices and most advanced massage techniques. I highly recommend her for any skincare needs.
My experience was amazing. This was my first time having any body enhancements done. Bri was on time and she explained what she was doing, how it works and what to expect. I enjoyed my treatment while listening to music with the lights low on a comfortable pillow top massage table. Blanket and pillows were provided. She also offered water and light snack. This was my first time visiting About Faces for single process gray root coverage. Steph did an exceptional job with the color. After the color, Kortni completed my appt by defining my natural curls. The staff was personable and About Faces is my new salon location.
I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but as a patron of at least 15 years now, let me tell you what I think:
Very clean, very convenient space. The pedicure chairs could absolutely use an upgrade, but they're not bad or anything, just outdated. It is normally very easy to get an appointment and even as a walk in, you never wait for more than 15-20 minutes. I will say, a lot of times they don't pick up the phone and their mailbox is full, so it can be a pain to keep calling back. I can vouch for Alice, Tina, Lilly and Trish, heavy on praise for Lilly and Trish. Extremely professional, friendly and excellent technicians. I have very sensitive feet and all I have to do is ask them to go easy, and they do a great job, consistently. My mom is a bigger fan of Alice and Tina's work, who are also very efficient and consistent with good work. The only other issue I have is that you have to tip in cash, and many people are getting away from carrying cash. There IS an ATM on premises that's only 50 cents to take cash out, but it would be better to start accepting tips on the card payments. Also, there is an upcharge of a couple of percent for using a credit card, which I don't even know if is totally in compliance with how salons are supposed to operate. Again, taking into consideration that almost everyone uses cards now, it would behoove them to stop that particular practice.
But overall, it is a wonderful, consistent neighborhood spot with great technicians. The one thing I would say is to speak up ahead of time if you don't want something done, if you need a lighter touch, if you don't want your cuticles messed with, etc. English is not the workers' first language so make sure they understood what you said before allowing them to proceed.
One more thing: I haven't gotten my nails done in a very long time, just pedicures. So I cannot speak to those services. But the pedis are terrific!

I scheduled my appointment last minute on the same day, and she was so accommodating—even waiting 30 minutes after closing just to help me with my very first lash set. She walked me through the entire process, explained the price breakdown, and made me feel so comfortable.
The suite itself is absolutely gorgeous—super clean, stylish, and welcoming. She’s also incredibly personable; she even surprised me with a birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Ashley is amazing!! I found her on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! She's very professional and personable with new clients. She takes her time to make sure that the lashes are perfect and natural looking (even on fairly sparse lashes!). Her workspace is comfortable, which is important because the process can take a couple hours. Book her, you won't regret it!

I had such a great experience at Dr. Ouazna’s office — this was my first time there, and I was truly blown away by the level of care. Dr. Ouazna fixed a cracked front tooth and reattached a crown that had come off, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
Her bedside manner was excellent — she explained everything she was doing step by step, which made me feel calm and informed throughout the process. She also pointed out a couple of other issues I wasn’t aware of, which I really appreciated because I want to keep my teeth in the best shape possible. Dental health can feel overwhelming, but she made it feel manageable and even encouraging.
The rest of the team was just as wonderful. Nikki and Melissa were amazing — kind, welcoming, and super helpful. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly pleasant for a dental visit.

Well, I dived into the lip filler journey with a new no needle method and I am so blown away at the results. Chelcie is not only the sweetest thing but she is so Professional and super clean!
