I had a mainline back up in the house due to some kind of clog, and Catons was able to get out there extremely fast and deal with it. When it turns out that water with sewage had gotten into the base of wall and carpet, they had excellent in house guys come over and then make water damage remediation easy as they could, too! If you get Brandon for water remediation especially, you're getting someone who actually loves the work and doing it well. Jamal and his teams on water remediation are phenomenal.“

Of all of the companies I contacted, including the one that typically services our unit, Abend was the only one available and willing to come out. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and even included a picture of who would be arriving. I also appreciated their use of shoe covers, as I don’t typically wear shoes in the home.
