Love this place. Can get crowded but early mornings are good and between 1 and 4.Great equipment selection and it's well maintained. There are other amenities such as swimming, pickleball, basketball, sauna, turf field, hair studio and large locker rooms.

I’m suprised with these bad reviews. I believe people who never been in other gyms leaving a low star review for Lifetime. Great quality and staff. Showers and dress rooms are much cleaner than my house.

a bit $$$ but, worth of your money. I think every gym should be like this. Try their group workouts like GTX, Tabata and spin. These class are really targeted for ppl who wants to loose weight or get cardio fit. Not to mention the class called Alpha strength….. amazing.
