I’ve had a really positive experience at LA Fitness. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a great variety of machines and free weights no matter what type of workout you’re doing. The staff is friendly, helpful, and creates a welcoming environment for everyone from beginners to experienced gym-goers.
One of the employees Chris the AGM especially stood out because they were extremely helpful and took the time to assist me with everything I needed. Their professionalism and positive attitude really made my experience better and showed that the staff genuinely cares about members.

Just joined LA Fitness Copley Place and wanted to leave a quick review. Chris was genuinely really helpful throughout the process! He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions honestly, and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of salesy. So far I’m really happy with the gym and the overall atmosphere :)
Called to get information for membership and Chris the assistant manager was awesome helping me choose the right membership according to what I was looking for and made it easy to sign up if you go to the location ask for Chris
