July 4, 2026 weekend brought record-breaking, sweltering heat but did not stop Gayle and Manny to come by on short notice and an unscheduled service call to troubleshoot and fix my heat pump failure. Hecox is old school, honest and customer service focused. Checkbook recommended and I can agree 100%!

If it was possible to give Hecox Home Services, more than 5 stars we would in a heartbeat. It is increasingly difficult nowadays to find folks that are competent in the trades, let alone honest, and just good people. The folks at Hecox are all of the above and pulled us out of a bind when our AC went out. Gayle and his team were responsive, communicative, and took care of us like we were family. We were back in business in short order. Thank you so much!

Paul was great and did a thorough check of our HVAC system. The price was very reasonable and will call Hecox again soon to schedule our furnace check. I highly recommend Hecox Home Services!
