“I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. He found one nail head that was completely rusted away and likely the spot the leak originated from. He also pointed out to me that the roof was a low slope roof, which makes it more likely to develop leaks. He sealed the nail heads to prevent any immediate water leakage and is currently working up a quote for me to replace the roof. Fernando was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.“

“I've shopped around for a company to build my deck and patio for over a year and I have to say Maryland Deck Builders was the right company for the job. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.
Nelson was also very reasonable when we had to make some adjustments and wasn't focused on nickel-and-diming
us but rather making sure we were satisfied with the project.

“Had some wind damage recently and called Bob Tuttle to see if he would handle a small job. He came out that evening, did a quick repair, and promised to return to do a proper job. He did so, and not only fixed the problem, but inspected other areas of the roof and did some preventive maintenance. His fees are more than reasonable, and the quality of his work will warrant further calls in the future.“

“If you need your gutters cleaned Labi should be your #1 choice. He is responsive, professional, diligent, communicative and does fantastic clean-up. We used to use a well known local company that never really communicated clearly with us on the condition of our gutters but would upload random "before and after photos of our gutters" which would only be accessible for a month. We never had time to look at them immed and b/c the guys they sent to do the cleaning did not like to talk we never really knew if there were any issues! Labi is the total opposite and we are very very happy. He will be installing new Leaf Relief gutter guards for us shortly at a very reasonable price so will update my review again when that installation is done. What a rarity it is these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and is fair and honest and extremely pleasant:):)“

“First off, we were referred to Charis from a friend that recommended we use them. They said their Aunt used them and she was very particular about her property (normally will find anything and everything to complain about). Their Aunt raved about the amazing job Charis did on her roof. So we got a quote from Charis (and 3 other roofing companies that were recommended).Charis did an amazing job with our roof (Back when we lived off Tick Neck near Edwin Raynor). They replaced the needed wood panels, installed architect rated shingles, and even fixed issues with our gutters (without charging for the gutters they installed newer angled nails rather than re-seating the older straight nail system that was failing). They were very professional, had great attention to detail, and they were much better priced than any other company we got quotes from. We didn't find a single nail or piece of shingle on the ground around the house after they were done.
