We received notice from our homeowner's insurance company that we had to replace our entire roof or lose our coverage. A referral service that our insurer uses recommended Landmark. We also obtained two independent estimates, and Landmark's was slightly less. The company's subcontractors arrived as promised, finished in less than a day, and did a pretty good job cleaning up, although we have found a few items. Landmark showed up on time and began to remove the present siding on my home. All procedures necessary to complete a total removal and replacement of my siding went great. Once complete the gutters were replaced and home was transformed after thirty-two years with painted cedar siding to James Hardie fiber cement siding. Thank you and your team for a great job.
We chose Landmark Roofing to do the residing of our home. Our existing aluminum siding was faded and showing signs of wear. We resided our home with James Hardy Plank Lap siding. The Landmark Roofing crew that worked on our home was polite, professional, efficient, and proud of the quality of the work they were doing.The appearance of the finished product was always a factor during the installation.
