My furnace stopped working on Sunday, I contacted them the same day and did not expect to hear from them since it was weekend, but Phil called me back almost immediately and scheduled a visit to check the furnace next day. “My fire place in my Ryan Home was making some noise so I reached out to Ryan and the number they gave me was disconnected. So on google I found Thompson. They visited twice; once to diagnose the problem and the second was to repair the issue when the part was available. The tech, Mike R. was prompt, friendly and efficient on both visits. I also had to call the office a few times and spoke to Lisa; whom also was very nice. I got the service that I needed and was not convinced that I needed something I didn't! The quality of work was exceptional, the techs were friendly and went into detail with us from the beginning to the end, also the price was cheaper then other bids.
