“I cannot tell you how amazing B&B is! My system was originally installed by Cumberland valley in Hagerstown. The heat in my system that cost 30k never worked well. They came out 7 times and always had a new reason even though it was under warranty. I finally got fed up with them and made one call to B&B and I am SO thankful I did. The technician spent so much time diagnosing my system. I finally had answers. They honored my Trane warranty and were so prompt. They ordered by new parts (circuit board, thermostat, gas inlet valve) and installed perfectly. This is the first winter during bitter cold that the heat actually works!
