This was our first time replacing an HVAC system and we had a lot of questions. Phil was patient and answered all the questions to help us feel great about the situation. We had a S Series hybrid system installed about three months ago. So far the unit has been preforming great. The heat pump blows warm but not hot air. We really enjoy this because it allows the house to stay at a nice comfortable temperature rather than getting very hot, then cooling off too much like a regular furnace. We have beautiful large south facing windows. 33 feet of windows. 5x8 the largest.
The heat hit in the summer is intense. In the winter they warm our house.
After trying split units, window units, I called Frederick heating & air conditioning to come and evaluate our situation.
They arrived the same day I called. Looked at our ancient central air unit, suggested an updated system.
They installed it the next day. With a very decent price.
Due to issues we had with ducts etc, they came back to help me get it running perfectly for our heat hit. Responding immediately, when possible. Coming by offering help and suggestions.
