Phil and Ronnie were great. My furnace stopped working on Sunday, I contacted them the same day and did not expect to hear from them since it was weekend, but Phil called me back almost immediately and scheduled a visit to check the furnace next day. They offered several options/quotes for what I needed, very direct, clear and straightforward. By Tuesday afternoon my old furnace and AC system had been replaced by a new one and running great. Excellent service, highly recommended!

I had an awesome experience with Frederick heating and air. Two years ago, my air conditioning system went out. I called them, and Phil promptly returned my call and set up an appointment. The next day, Ronnie and Phil installed my air conditioner. They were efficient and professional! Last summer, while on vacation, my other system was struck by lightning. Of course, they were my first and only choice. Again, the service was excellent! They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very courteous. I highly recommend Frederick Heating and Air!

We purchased a home in June 2023 and were made aware that the heat pump was old and would need replacing soon. As Murphy’s law would dictate, the system began to malfunction just before a snowstorm was projected to hit our area.Phil and Ronnie were able to begin installation the same day, working out in frigid temperatures without missing a beat. We are grateful for their rapid response and expertise, and we look forward to maintaining a relationship with Frederick Heating & A/C.

We are family owned and operated under Maryland Master’s HVAC License #1623. We differ from other companies in that we don’t charge service fees, trip charges, or diagnostic fees. Our Free Estimates have no hidden fees and no obligation. We primarily install Goodman/Amana/Daikin equipment. We’ve found them to be the most reliable and have the best warranty coverage. We are a provider of the Asure extended warranty program with Goodman. This means that we have a very successful track record of installations and can offer up to 10 year labor warranties!
