Denroy and Gean were **excellent**. They arrived on time, clearly explained the garbage disposal replacement, walked me through my warranty options, and provided all the details I needed. Very friendly and professional, they knew exactly what to do and finished quickly, testing everything before they left. They also cleaned the entire work area so my kitchen looked better than before. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
Sohail Osmani came to my home to assess the condition of two hot water heaters. I had previously paid another company to do the same. Within 30 seconds of taking in the situation, Mr Osmani pointed out a blatant detail that the first technician either missed, or chose not to point out, knowing it would result in a significantly lower price for the job. I had many questions about how things would work, which he patiently answered. He offered three options and reminded me that the choice was mine, despite his opinion. Logan is amazing! I believe he is a great asset to this company. I will use them in the future going forward.
A conduit wire was hit while digging in the backyard which really had me worried. Logan with Michael’s and sons came and was able to let me know what the wire was and thank goodness not the electrical wire for the generator.
Thank goodness the wire hit turned out not to be a live, but rather an empty conduit piece that was buried and left over from construction.
