“I have been a customer of Advanced Services for about 14 years. During that time I have purchased a furnace for my residence and a Heat Pump for a rental property. I have had the furnace serviced annually and the heat pump serviced semi-annually. The service tech, Matt, has always been very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. However, in my opinion, the office employee is in need of training since she is driving business elsewhere. When my furnace went off on a Saturday, and I called the office for service, I was told to call back on Monday for an appointment or get somebody else to fix it. Is this the proper way to treat a long time customer? If it were not for the faith that I have in Matt's ability, I would have long since gone to a different company to deal with.”

The crews review the chimney internally and externally using cameras to document findings and conditions. Their recommendations are always fact based and supported by the pictures taken internally and/or while on the roof. Year over year MCC has been a partner providing great service in my home. This year, there was an oops with soot on my rug (cream wool). When I noticed the soot after the fact, I spoke to customer support (Emily) and was directed on how to handle the soot from my end. Once customer service spoke to MMC leadership, they jumped into action to have the problem resolved. The rug was sent out for cleaning and replaced in a timely manner. MCC paid the bill without hesitation. MCC went over and above to fix the problem and make it more then right. I have worked with numerous contractors that slow walk solutions and I am delighted to report this was not the case w/ MCC. I was so pleased and put at ease by the corporate response. MCC will solve a problem as if your home was theirs. They are professionals that know the chimney care business and operate at a high-level of excellence.”
