The new tankless Rinnai water heater install was first rate and performs perfectly. Phil even took time to address a water pressure issue for one of our showers that was out of scope for the days work. He fixed what I thought would be a costly repair in minutes and for very little additional expense. RT Services is a first rate plumbing and HVAC company. I highly recommend them.“

My furnace stopped working on Sunday, I contacted them the same day and did not expect to hear from them since it was weekend, but Phil called me back almost immediately and scheduled a visit to check the furnace next day. They offered several options/quotes for what I needed, very direct, clear and straightforward. By Tuesday afternoon my old furnace and AC system had been replaced by a new one and running great. Excellent service, highly recommended!“

“I don’t write reviews but if you are looking for HVAC work, call this company. We’ve had 2 other big name companies do work for us and had a lot of issues with them (stay away from them). The quality of work was exceptional, the techs were friendly and went into detail with us from the beginning to the end, also the price was cheaper then other bids. My only wish is that we would had used these guys from the beginning. Just an exceptional crew and experience!“

“We lost our heat friday, the first attempt to fix it from another company didn't work, waited all night 4 days later after the new part came and was installed for them to show back up and nothing. A gentleman recommended this company to us so we called first thing at 7am and the lady was so nice she explained they were busy but she would get someone out to us today, after I explained to her I had three little ones. The two gentleman showed up a couple hours later and had the heat up and running in a hour, they explained everything and even waited to ensure it wouldn't cut off again. My family will for now on be using this company and be recommending it to others!“
