These guys are great! They came out the same day we called for our hot water heater. They gave us a one hour window and they showed up right at that first hour! They were knowledgeable and professional and down to earth. They put our minds at ease and took care of everything for us- even the warranty piece. We kept Gary Dowdy’s business card for future reference!!! Definitely recommend this company

Our well pump stopped working, and First Class was out within hours to replace it. I use First Class for a variety of HVAC and plumbing needs, and the team is without exception courteous, prompt, efficient, and kind.
Called them for a non-functioning AC / heat pump during a recent heat wave (99°). Ernesto arrived first thing the next morning, exactly as promised. He was extremely courteous and communicative. He explained the issue, demonstrated how he identified the problem, explained the cost, and presented options. The issue was resolved in 90 minutes efficiently with reasonable cost, and Ernesto was top notch. I have worked with them twice and both interactions were like this. I will only use First Class Mechanical!
