When our heat pump failed, I called Markool HVAC on a whim. They had a great customer rating, and scheduled a technician to come out the following day. During the process of installing our new HVAC system, Markool made our experience both easy and pleasant. One of our technicians was Hunter, he is both professional and polite. When I had questions during our installation, Hunter was a knowledgeable source. He is a great HVAC technician. I now know why Markool has such a great google rating; they were fantastic, and deserve every star.

I cannot say enough good things about Markool, their team is always available, reliable and professional. I have so much piece of mind knowing that the awesome technicians like Hunter, come out for maintenance regularly and are always available should I need them. Their customer service support is next level, absolutely the best! I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything HVAC related. I purchased an entire new system with them and a tankless water heater. The installation was smooth and all the guys were diligent and professional. I was so surprised how it all was done in mostly one day, these guys are amazing. Thanks to everyone at Markool!!!

I had 2, yes, TWO, air conditioning/heating units in 2 different real estate properties die the same week. And yes, that means around a $20,000 bill for me. I took my time and had 4 separate companies give me estimates. I was not loyal to anyone and was thinking of choosing 2 separate companies to do different units.Let me add that one unit was for a commercial building in the Villages of Urbana and the other unit was for a townhouse in Clarksburg, MD.I ended up choosing Markool for both properties.
