Once again Mike and team came out for a question I had about my new gas log set. As always they were courteous, helpful and very versed in the workings of the log set and gas. I would highly recommend the company as everyone I've met with has been outstanding. Cindy
Jose Sagastume arrived promptly with his helper. He greeted me with pleasantries and confirmed what they would be doing with regard to the inspection and cleaning. He protected the property with a drop cloth and vacuum. He showed me the interior of the ductwork at the furnace and oil-fired hot water heater before and after as well as the SS flue liner, via photos, after cleaning. Receipt and a subset of the photos taken were sent to my email.
We had some manufacturing issues with our stove we've had it for a year now we love it. They do a great job. Mike's customer service is top notch and that means a lot. I will say get to them early they are booked up.
