Freddy S. was the technician that made the service call today. He was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, flexible and adjusted the HVAC system so it's working at 100%! I recently used Airtron for the repair of my HVAC. After a month of the same technician coming out 4 times he always seemed to be missing a part or breaking one and unable to finish the repair. I was on the phone quite often with customer service working with Vicky and Alex who did a wonderful job handling my frustration. I eventually was able to speak with a manager, Julie, who understood my frustration and sent out a different tech, Angel, this time immediately the next day. Angel did a fantastic job, ensuring he had the right parts, and once repaired, stayed for 20 minutes to ensure it was working well. Just completed our 2026 annual HVAC system maintenance check. Carlos was great--very knowledgeable, personable and competent. We are completely satisfied with Airtron and our yearly maintenance contract with them.
