Smock Heating & Air
“We had a great experience with Smock HVAC from start to finish! Ryan was the first to come out to assess our home and was knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful in explaining our options and what system would make the most sense for us. Mitch came out the morning of the installation and walked me through everything they would need access to before the work began.
The four-person installation team was fantastic. Everyone was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. They laid down plastic throughout the areas they were working in, which made a huge difference in keeping dirt and insulation from being tracked through the house.
We had a new Carrier system installed along with a UV filter and Ecobee thermostat, and we couldn't be happier with the finished installation. This wasn't the least expensive option we considered, but we felt that the quality of the equipment, the workmanship, and the level of service made it well worth the investment. You really do get what you pay for, and we're confident this system will serve us well for many years.
We would absolutely recommend Smock HVAC to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious HVAC service.”
