Phoned Warner and within 3 of calling the office manager called, texted, and emailed me our appointment… I appreciated the text that displayed the service technician's photo and name as I had to leave my wife alone for work!Matt Danner was thorough, and professional and explained to her the motor had gone bad- thank goodness!!! Two years ago another company suggested that I upgrade my HVAC system. Matt said it’s an older system and it’s great working condition and the motor was the original motor. He didn’t try to upsell or inflate the price!! The new motor has since been installed, and we are very happy!!!“

“My fire place in my Ryan Home was making some noise so I reached out to Ryan and the number they gave me was disconnected. So on google I found Thompson. They visited twice; once to diagnose the problem and the second was to repair the issue when the part was available. The tech, Mike R. was prompt, friendly and efficient on both visits. I also had to call the office a few times and spoke to Lisa; whom also was very nice. I got the service that I needed and was not convinced that I needed something I didn't! All in all, super pleased with the service and the price I paid was more than fair. I highly recommend and would use Thompson in the future!“
