I have had the furnace serviced annually and the heat pump serviced semi-annually. The service tech, Matt, has always been very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. However, in my opinion, the office employee is in need of training since she is driving business elsewhere. When my furnace went off on a Saturday, and I called the office for service, I was told to call back on Monday for an appointment or get somebody else to fix it. Is this the proper way to treat a long time customer? If it were not for the faith that I have in Matt's ability, I would have long since gone to a different company to deal with.”
