They added a drain pan with an alarm so that we would not have to worry about any water damage. They added an extra return for better air flow. Their service was impeccable! Extremely professional, local family owned and operated that gives back to our community, trustworthy - it comes with a 2 year labor warranty and a 10 year equipment warranty on their Bryant systems. “Stillwell Heating and Air replaced our heat pump system this past weekend. We were really hoping that we wouldn't have to replace the entire system for the problem that we encountered but ultimately, it was the only solution. Joshua Stillwell was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. When I say the entire process, I mean that when I first reached out to Joshua, we had several phone calls where he was trying to help me find a possible simple fix over the phone. If any of those simple fixes had resolved our problem, I am convinced that Joshua would not have expected a penny in return. THIS is the sort of individual that you hope to get when looking for a service company. At the end of the day, our solution was a bit more complicated and involved more money than we were hoping to have to spend but, IT WAS THE ONLY SOLUTION. Again, Joshua was great, his crew/helpers were top notch and not only respectful of our residence, they were extremely friendly! Really, it was like having your friends come over and help you out. That's what we felt like we received. I cannot say enough about the character of Joshua (or his assistants) and since he is local, I feel like I have not only scored a huge contact in the HVAC business, but a friend as well.
