We’re very happy with our new Mendota gas fireplace installed by Thompson Best Heating & Air. Their team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they did a great job from start to finish. They took the time to make sure everything was done right.
The fireplace looks beautiful and has upgraded our family room! We couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend Thompson Best Heating & Air!
Great experience! Professional crew, fast installation, left the area around where they installed as clean as when they got there and showed me all the features of my new pellet stove and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service. Easy scheduling too, text alerts and reminders.
TB is the best in the industry in the tri-county area and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The equipment and services they provide are reasonably priced and the quality is exceptional!
