My fire place in my Ryan Home was making some noise so I reached out to Ryan and the number they gave me was disconnected. So on google I found Thompson. They visited twice; once to diagnose the problem and the second was to repair the issue when the part was available. The tech, Mike R. was prompt, friendly and efficient on both visits. I also had to call the office a few times and spoke to Lisa; whom also was very nice. I got the service that I needed and was not convinced that I needed something I didn't! All in all, super pleased with the service and the price I paid was more than fair. I highly recommend and would use Thompson in the future!

Bought a pellet stove from these folks in Nov 23 and had them take out the old one and install the new.From sales (Brandon) to de-install of old and install of the new stove, it was all a pleasurable experience. Quality of work was excellent. The guys were intelligent and efficient, and the work space was left clean.I highly recommend them.

Thompson BEST replaced our 20 year old builder grade gas fireplace with a beautiful modern upgrade. The workmanship is excellent and able to quickly resolve a few minor issues--typical with complex job like mine. These folks know gas fireplaces, unlike some of the companies you see advertised on TV that are nothing but franchise operation without necessary expertise to do a job right and provide follow-up when needed. Highly recommend Thompson BEST for any gas fireplace needs.
