Air conditioning failed. Called and was promised technician would respond first thing next day. Office called next day and said no technician available until afternoon. Technician showed up and diagnosed problem. Part cost $77.00 but total charge was over $200.00 Not sure if that's reasonable or not but issue was resolved.
As always Mike did an excellent job in replacing my hvac motor. I believe tht Thompsons Best is a business you can rely on. The always do what they say they are going to do. I would recommend them to anyone in their service area
Travis was very responsive with all questions we had(and we had a lot). The crew that came to our home to install our fireplace was very respectful of our house and professional during the installation. From wearing shoe covers to making sure the front door was closed every time they went in and out. These things are noted and appreciated.
