He came over and fixed the thermostat for me while I was out of town! I later had several issues with my AC that eventually ended up giving out and the whole system needed to be replaced. Mike always responded to me in a very timely manner and got the work done quickly and very reasonably priced. When it came to replacing the unit, he checked the warranty on my existing unit before I even asked, and did a quality installation. It’s reassuring to know that any time I have an issue, I have someone I can trust that will make it a priority to resolve the issue as soon as he can. “I called Exxel and asked them to look at my HVAC and give me a quote for a higher-capacity system. After checking the existing system and making sure that it was running fine, they advised me that I didn't need a new system installed and should run this one until it fails. They explained the range of options, but said that I really didn't need to spend that money. I was very impressed with their expertise and with their honesty. Exxel has my strongest recommendation. “My moms furnace went out last week. Brian was the technician that came out to diagnose. He was extremely thorough and professional. He gave the bad news I was expecting, new furnace. Drew got 2 estimates to me within the hour. I texted Drew Monday night around 9pm to call me the next morning. He called me 10 min later. He called me back 20 min after that (9:30pm) to let me know they would be out the next morning to install a new furnace! Aleck and 2 others got to my moms house the next morning and installed a new furnace! I have not seen this level of customer service from anybody in years! “Air conditioning failed. Called and was promised technician would respond first thing next day. Office called next day and said no technician available until afternoon. Technician showed up and diagnosed problem. Part cost $77.00 but total charge was over $200.00 Not sure if that's reasonable or not but issue was resolved.“

“I cannot tell you how amazing B&B is! My system was originally installed by Cumberland valley in Hagerstown. The heat in my system that cost 30k never worked well. They came out 7 times and always had a new reason even though it was under warranty. I finally got fed up with them and made one call to B&B and I am SO thankful I did. The technician spent so much time diagnosing my system. I finally had answers. They honored my Trane warranty and were so prompt. They ordered by new parts (circuit board, thermostat, gas inlet valve) and installed perfectly. This is the first winter during bitter cold that the heat actually works! All of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and take pride in making sure your home is undisturbed by putting on booties, or laying down drop cloths.
