I was told the appointment was between 8-12. I received a text that the tech was on his way at 11:30 but didn’t arrive until 1:30. I had an appt later that day, so I had to leave before the tech was finished. No problems with the tech but wish the office would have been more precise on timing of their arrival.
I had a visit from Shane from Aero Energy to service my furnace and AC unit. He was by far the best HVAC Tech that has ever come to the house. So knowledgeable, polite, patient, addressed all my questions and went out of his way to teach me some things about the units. I was very impressed. You guys hired a really great guy!
