We got a great new HVAC system installed recently when our system went down just before the holiday. I had 5 contractors on my list, and went with American Air after hearing about them from a friend in Damascus. The owner, Alder Cruz, gave us the most options and was right in the middle with regard to cost. He went above and beyond, rebuilding the hill our unit was placed on and fixing things in our basement outside the original quote. He and his team were polite and professional and pushed to get it done on 12/30/25 so we could take advantage of the federal rebate that was about to expire. Alder and his team installed our new HVAC system several years ago. His prices are fair and his services are beyond our expectations. He maintains/services our unit every six months. I would not have any other company work on our HVAC unit or water heater! He is always available when we have questions and responds immediately.
