TriState was able to schedule us immediately due to a leak (the day before Thanksgiving none the less). Our technician Offried was very personable and thorough. He assessed the problem, immediately started to troubleshoot, and fixed the leak. We appreciate his open communication and professionalism. We will be using TriState moving forward for all of our home services due to this wonderful experience. Thank you!

Brian Greist has been to my home before - he's a straight shooter and tells you what your problem is AND if there is no problem.No high-pressure technician sales, just good 'ole plain honesty.Well worth my monthly maintenance fee.

Matt seemed very good at what he does. Attentive to customer and worked w me on what needed done. Gave information other installers failed to do. Trust and honesty means a lot to a customer and not ripped off. I decided w them then I want Matt to install.RGS
