He checks out the unit and I never worry about anything happening afterwards. I keep the filter changed every 3 months or sooner if needed. He is the best! We had a great experience with Frederick Air. Fritz came to give us a quote and was quick, professional, and really easy to talk to. He checked our fuse box, outside areas, and inspected everything that COULD go wrong to be extra sure we knew what we were getting. The price was very reasonable and they were able to get us a new mini-split within a week of calling to schedule. The technician who put the unit in was amazing as well and was able to get the work done in a few hours while we were at work. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service, price, and availability.
