We got several estimates about fixing a perennial leak in the upper part of our slate roof that is not even visible from the ground. In their free estimate, Roland Slate gave the most comprehensive report that provided detailed pictures of the roof and its many issues. Their quote was a bit cheaper than another company's and it's clarity instilled confidence it would be done satisfactorily. We had them do the work and although it was a complete replacement it was done in a timely manner and all debris cleaned up.
